1.Who should attend DeviceChina 2019?
The majority of attendees are industry executives working in all areas of the medical device field with a particular interest in development in the Chinese market.

2.What are the event dates?
September 4-6, 2019.

3.Where will the event take place?
The event will take place in Suzhou, China at Suzhou International Expo Center G hall.

4.How many people are expected to attend?
We are expecting more than 1000 people to attend this year’s DEVICECHINA.

5.What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for DEVICECHINA ranges from business casual to business.

6.What time does the event start and end each day?
The hours for the event are as follows:

  • September 4th Workshop from 14:30-16:20
  • September 5th Conferences from 13:00-18:00
  • September 6th Conferences from 9:00-18:00

7.Will the conference sessions be offered in English or Chinese (Mandarin)?
The greater majority of the presentations are given in Mandarin, however some of the sessions that cater to western company topics will be conducted in English.

8.Will the sessions or any part of DEVICECHINA be streamed live via the Internet?
Sorry, the event will not be streamed live via the Internet.

9.Will the presentation slides be given to attendees?
All registered attendees will be given a unique website address, username and password on-site at the conference that they may use to log into the system to download the presentation slides in PDF format.

10.How do I pick up my badge?
Please bring your photo ID and business card to the registration desk at the Suzhou International Expo Center during the registration times listed in the program agenda to pick up your badge.

11.What is the nearest airport recommended for attendees to fly into?
For international flights, it is recommended to fly into Pudong International Airport (PVG). For domestic flights, it is recommended to fly into Hongqiao International Airport (SHA)..

12.How long does it take to get to/from the airport, and how much does it cost?
Without traffic, it takes approximately 60 minutes from the Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) and 150 minutes from the Pudong International Airport (SHA).

13.When I register, will I receive the latest notifications and updates about the meeting in a timely manner?
When you complete the registration, you will receive regular notifications about the meeting schedule, special events, etc.

14. I am not a Chinese citizen. Do I need a visa to travel to China for the conference?
